Ping’s Pan-Asian is an exclusive brand by PappaRich for the Selfridges Group.

Ping Pan Asian, a contemporary pan-Asian restaurant and delicatessen by Masterchef champion Ping Coombes. Inspired by the original taste of Malaysian-Chinese cuisine, the first site will open in August on the 4th floor and at the iconic food hall on ground of Selfridges Oxford Street and upper floor at Selfridges Manchester Trafford Centre.

Restaurant

Ping Pan Asian will reflect the balance and harmony of the different cultures in south-east Asia, combined to give the distinctive, unique taste of pan-Asian cuisine. Our menu will offer Ping’s favourite dishes, cooked fresh to order and made using the highest quality ingredients. Signature plates include NasiLemak – a Malay flavoured curry chicken, served with coconut rice, peanuts and deep fried anchovies, and Hainanese chicken rice – considered one of Singapore’s national dishes, adapted from early Chinese immigrants in the Hainan province in Southern China. Dim Sum will be steamed fresh to order and Ping’s favourite seafood Laksa is on the menu, alongside with the chicken version.

Delicatessen

Ping’s Pan Asian Delicatessen, located in the Food Hall on the Ground Floor at Selfridges Oxford street and on the Upper Floor at Selfridges Manchester Trafford Centre, offers delicious, freshly prepared options for both lunch and dinner. Guests can drop by to takeaway delicious Pan-Asian delights such as duck spring rolls, freshly made chicken satay and Dim Sum including prawn and chive dumplings, beef siumai and king prawn spring rolls.
